2. Definitions

3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To make a booking, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Accept these Terms and Conditions
- Make payment as per our payment terms
3.2 Booking Confirmation
A binding contract is formed when:
- We receive your booking request
- Payment is successfully processed
- You receive a confirmation email from us

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, including:

- Passport information (where required)
- Special requirements or dietary restrictions

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
- Prices include services as specified in the tour description
- Additional costs (visas, insurance, personal expenses) are your responsibility
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Other methods as specified at checkout
4.3 Payment Schedule
- Full Payment: Required at time of booking for tours within 30 days
- Deposit: 30% deposit required for bookings made more than 30 days in advance
- Balance: Final payment due 14 days before tour date
4.4 Taxes and Fees
All applicable taxes, service charges, and government fees are included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before tour: 10% cancellation fee
- 15-30 days before tour: 25% cancellation fee
- 7-14 days before tour: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days before tour: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- No-show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
5.2 Cancellation by Qatar Adventures
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:
- Insufficient bookings (minimum numbers not met)
- Weather conditions or safety concerns
- Force majeure events
- Government restrictions or regulations
In such cases, you will receive:
- Full refund of amounts paid, OR
- Option to reschedule to alternative dates, OR
- Credit toward another tour of equal or greater value
5.3 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Bank charges or transaction fees are non-refundable
6. Changes and Modifications
6.1 Changes by Customer
Changes to confirmed bookings:
- Subject to availability
- Must be requested in writing
- May incur amendment fees (minimum $50)
- Price differences must be paid
- Not permitted within 7 days of tour date
6.2 Changes by Qatar Adventures
We reserve the right to make changes to:
- Itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control
- Tour guides or staff
- Accommodation or transportation of similar standard
- Start times or meeting points (with notice)
7. Travel Documents and Requirements
7.1 Passports and Visas
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Obtaining necessary visas and entry permits
- Meeting all health requirements
- Complying with local laws and regulations
7.2 Health Requirements
- You must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation
- We recommend appropriate travel insurance
- Some activities have age, health, or fitness requirements
- Vaccinations may be required for certain destinations
8. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Lost or damaged luggage
- Personal liability
- Adventure activities coverage (for applicable tours)
Qatar Adventures does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for losses that would be covered by insurance.
9. Safety and Conduct
9.1 Safety Guidelines
For your safety, you must:
- Follow instructions from guides and staff
- Use provided safety equipment
- Not participate if under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Disclose relevant medical conditions
- Respect local customs and laws
9.2 Acceptable Conduct
We expect all participants to:
- Treat staff and other participants with respect
- Not engage in illegal activities
- Not damage property or equipment
- Follow environmental protection guidelines
- Arrive punctually for scheduled activities
9.3 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who:
- Engage in dangerous or illegal behavior
- Disrupt the experience for others
- Refuse to follow safety instructions
- Are abusive to staff or other participants
No refund will be provided in such cases.
10. Liability and Limitations
10.1 Our Liability
Qatar Adventures liability is limited to:
- Services directly provided by us
- Amounts paid for the booked services
- Negligence on our part or our direct employees

We are not liable for:
- Actions of third-party service providers
- Personal injury or death not caused by our negligence
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
- Costs incurred due to missed connections or delays
- Acts of nature, terrorism, or force majeure events
10.3 Assumption of Risk
By participating in our activities, you acknowledge that:

- You participate at your own risk
- You are responsible for assessing your ability to participate safely

12. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint:
- Notify our staff immediately during the tour
- We will attempt to resolve the issue on-site
- If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 7 days
- We will respond within 14 days
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be:
- First attempted to be resolved through negotiation
- Subject to mediation if negotiation fails
- Governed by the laws of Qatar
- Under the jurisdiction of Qatar courts
